Senior guard Abby Owings scored a season-high 26 points to lead the eighth-ranked Thomas More College women’s basketball team to a 100-56 win over Geneva College. With the win, the Saints extend their winning streak to 11 games and improve to 12-1 overall and 6-0 in the PAC. Owings shot 66.7 percent (10-of-15) from the field, including 66.7 percent (six-of-nine) from behind the three-point arch to score her 26 points. For her efforts, Owings was selected as the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game.
